Curriculum

Financial institutions may perform compliance and risk processes either manually, using spreadsheets and logs located on personal computers or logging into various systems, to move Regulation E dispute forms from one personal email to another.  Based on increased Reg E disputes, financial institutions are finding this manual process to be more difficult and also experiencing additional losses based on unnecessary write-offs due to the inability to complete a full investigation in a timely manner.

This payments webinar will take attendees through the modern-day approach for improving Reg E dispute efficiencies making it easier to understand regulatory deadlines, when to notify the consumer, perform the investigation, provide provisional credit and close the investigation.  Learn how you can improve your daily process while enhancing and strengthening Reg E compliance.

Topics include:

  • Review of Top Findings Regulation E reviews resulting from inefficiencies
  • Defining RegTech and how Regulation E fits into the RegTech model
  • A sample of a RegTech Regulation E workflow
