Curriculum

Performance management is the process of creating and maintaining an environment of accountability to enable employees to perform to the best of their abilities. It is a process that begins when an individual starts the employment relationship and ends when the individual leaves the bank.  The approach to performance is changing and is going to continue to evolve as many are preparing for managing a remote workforce into the foreseeable future as COVID-19 has significantly increased the number of employees working from home.

In this management webinar, we will explore:

  • Performance management and measurement trends,
  • Specific considerations for managing remote employees,
  • Thoughts on performance strategy and strategic elements, and
  • The performance-compensation link.
