Curriculum

Given the unprecedented times we live in, many organizations are reevaluating the ways we manage risk. Traditional enterprise risk management (ERM) has been focused on frameworks and structure, but organizations  should be looking beyond that form of ERM and focusing more on the value and insight that viewing risk at an  enterprise level can bring to strategic decision making.

Crafting the appropriate ERM that works for your organization is the key to creating a risk management system that provides the ability to handle unforeseen  events and help to reduce uncertainty and volatility. It also hones the skill of risk awareness. In this session, we  will learn how to focus on those risks that truly matter to your organization and understand how risks relate to one  another and how interdependencies are created.

Also, you will learn that effective strategic decision making  considers — and does not ignore — the risk involved in creating value for your organization.
