Curriculum

Before going live with a new AML system and periodically thereafter, a bank should assess all aspects of their system to ensure that it is not only operating effectively, but efficiently. Customizing a system at the onset and optimizing the system annually thereafter will allow your BSA/AML Compliance Team to focus on quality alerts instead of spending unnecessary time on non-productive alerts that are clearly not suspicious. This small group session will discuss why you should customize/optimize your systems and how to accomplish your goals through real examples that demonstrate the benefits of getting it right at the very beginning and keeping it tuned thereafter.
